Who we are

This store is operated by Vivim Technologies LLC (Delaware, USA), trading as Melt Nook.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email when it ships. If we cannot fulfil an order we refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you paid at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

Product descriptions

Pots are hand-finished, so colour, face and finish vary slightly between pieces. That variation is the product, not a defect. Plants shown in photos are not included.

Use

These are indoor decorative planters. Not toys, not food-safe containers, and not built for hard frost.

Returns and shipping

Covered in our Refund policy and Shipping policy.
