Where we ship

Worldwide, with tracked shipping — North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Oceania.

If checkout does not accept your address, write to hello@meltnook.com and we will sort it out.

Cost

United States and Mexico: $3.45 on orders under $40. Free on orders of $40 and over.
Everywhere else: $4.95 on orders under $40. Free on orders of $40 and over.

A few products ship free with no minimum at all, Aloo among them — when that applies, the product page says so.

Where we can, prices and checkout are shown in your local currency. Where we can't, they are in US dollars and your bank converts them at its own rate, sometimes with a small foreign-transaction fee.

How long it takes

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 8 to 14 days from the day you order to the US, Canada, Europe and Asia-Pacific, and a little longer to Latin America, the Middle East and Africa. We would rather tell you that up front than promise two days and miss it.

Import VAT and customs (outside the US)

Orders outside the US travel duty unpaid. We do not collect import VAT at checkout, which means your own country may charge it when the parcel arrives, usually together with a small handling fee from the carrier. In the EU that is charged on any value; in the UK, on any value up to £135 it is normally collected by the carrier the same way.

That charge is set by your government, not by us, and we cannot pay it or predict it for you. If a parcel is refused at delivery over an import charge, the shipping cost is not refundable.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel moves. If tracking has not updated in 5 days, write to us and we will chase it.

If it arrives damaged

Send one photo to hello@meltnook.com and we ship a replacement. You do not need to post the broken one back.

Wrong address

Tell us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually still change it. After dispatch we cannot.
