Melt Nook started with a small annoyance: every cute plant pot we could find was sealed shut at the bottom. They looked great for about a week, and then the plant inside quietly died, because water had nowhere to go.

So the rule here is simple. Every pot we sell has a real drainage hole drilled through the base. Then it gets a face, two little legs, and usually some furniture of its own.

What we actually do

We are a small shop. We pick the characters, we write the plant-care notes, and the pots ship direct from the workshop that makes them rather than through a warehouse. That is why delivery takes about 8-14 days instead of two - and why they cost what they cost.

The promise

If it does not make you smile every time you walk past it, tell us within 30 days and we refund you. If it turns up cracked, send one photo and another is on its way - keep the broken one.
