How long does delivery take?

Usually 8–14 days, wherever you are. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order moves.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide — the US, Canada, Europe, Latin America, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Oceania. In the US and Mexico shipping is $3.45, free over $40. Everywhere else it is $4.95, free over $40. Some items, like Aloo, always ship free. Delivery takes 8–14 days to the US, Canada, Europe and Asia-Pacific and a little longer elsewhere — details in our shipping policy.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking link is in the shipping confirmation email. Can't find it? See Track your order.

Will I be charged customs or VAT?

In the US, no. Everywhere else, possibly — parcels go out with duty unpaid, so your own country may charge import VAT or duty plus a small carrier handling fee when it arrives. That is set by your government, not by us, and we cannot pay it for you.

Is there a discount if I buy more than one?

Yes. Buy any 2 and save 15%, buy 3 and save 25% — mix and match, the discount applies automatically in the cart. Some products have their own bundle price on the product page.

What if I don't love it?

That is what the smile promise is for. If it doesn't make you smile, tell us within 30 days at hello@meltnook.com and we refund you.

What if it arrives broken?

One photo to hello@meltnook.com and a replacement goes out. Nothing to post back.

Can I send it straight to someone as a gift?

Yes — enter their address at checkout and leave a note in the cart. We never put a price in the parcel.

How can I pay?

Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and all major cards. Checkout is secured by Shopify.
