Changed your mind? Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you. No restocking fee and no form to fill in.

Turtle Baby: 90-day promise

If your Turtle Baby is not as described, tell us within 90 days of delivery and get a full refund or a new one — your choice. A photo of the problem is enough; you don't need to send it back.

Condition

For a change-of-mind return, the item should be in its original condition, unused and undamaged. Baby clothing should be unworn and unwashed, with its tags.

Damaged on arrival

This is handled separately and faster: send one photo to hello@meltnook.com and a replacement goes out. Nothing to return, and you keep the broken one.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, return postage is yours. For a damaged, wrong or not-as-described item, everything is on us.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of us receiving the return (or your photo, when nothing needs to come back), and usually show up on your statement within 5-10 business days after that.
