Parcels outside the US go out with duty unpaid, so import VAT and a small customs handling fee may be charged when it arrives. That is set by your own country and we cannot pay it for you. If checkout does not accept your address, write to us and we will sort it out.
30 days from delivery. Unused and in its original condition, send it back and we refund it. If it turns up damaged, we replace it or refund it in full — no need to return anything.
